Support children’s daily routines as a Supply Early Childhood Educator with DDSB across Brock, Scugog, and Uxbridge schools. Apply early learning knowledge in classrooms.
Under a Principal’s guidance, this Early Childhood Educator works with classroom teachers to plan and deliver full-day learning programs. The role includes supporting extended day activities and creating environments for children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth. Childcare experience in an educational setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver full-day learning programs with teachers
Supervise age-appropriate extended day activities as needed
Support children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth
Assist with washroom, dressing, toileting, and lunchtime routines




Follow school policies, procedures, and directions appropriately
Requirements: Two-year community college Early Childhood Education Diploma
Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Knowledge of the Ministry’s full-day Early Learning Program
Current Criminal Background Check with vulnerable sector screening
Basic computer, organization, and time management skills
Bring early learning expertise, organization, and compassionate communication to supply classrooms serving children across DDSB schools.
