Lead live event operations for Techo-Bloc across Canada and the U.S., using team leadership and real-time problem solving in office.
As an On-Site Event Coordinator, you will deliver roadshows, loyalty events, and trade shows from load-in through load-out. This seasonal contract runs January to May 2027, with frequent travel across Canada and the U.S. You will manage setup, guest experience, suppliers, catering, venue partners, and post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Review BEOs and flag discrepancies before arriving in office
Lead furniture, signage, AV, and branded-element setup
Brief teams, assign roles, and stay hands-on
Run registration and welcome guests professionally
Resolve issues while keeping programs on schedule
Requirements: Two-plus years in event coordination, hospitality, or operations
Experience leading teams during live events
Solid organization under pressure and attention to detail
French and English written and verbal communication
Driver's license, passport, extensive travel, and lifting ability
Bring operational leadership, guest service, and decisive problem solving to Techo-Bloc events across North America.
