Lead pet retail operations in Emerald Park with customer service expertise, team coaching, and knowledge of pet nutrition and supplies.
As Store Manager, you will coach and develop employees while helping Pet Parents find nutrition and other solutions. You will oversee customer service, store procedures, administration, inventory, and business results. The Pet Valu family includes Pet Valu, Paulmac's Pet Food, Bosley's, Tisol, and Total Pet.
Key Responsibilities: Coach employees on sales techniques and customer service
Recruit, schedule, train, supervise, and assign team tasks
Maintain customer and community relationships, including Humane society contacts
Coordinate orders, inventory, audits, repairs, and corporate paperwork




Coordinate staff efforts to achieve targeted business results
Requirements: Minimum two years customer service and retail management experience
Enthusiasm for learning and growth in pet care
Robust customer service skills and friendly personality
Availability for scheduled weekends and evenings
Working knowledge of POS and ability to lift 50 pounds
Bring retail management, team development, and pet care enthusiasm to Pet Valu's Emerald Park store while supporting Pet Parents.
