What You'll Do
As Assistant Sales Manager, you're not just selling a service, you're inviting people into a lifestyle that helps them feel better in their bodies every single day. You'll support daily studio operations, drive membership sales, and help lead a team dedicated to client care and community impact.

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the Member Experience

Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism.

Guide first-time visitors through intro sessions with energy and enthusiasm.

Become a trusted resource on their wellness journey.

Achieve and exceed monthly membership goals.

Share the StretchLab mission and clearly communicate the benefits of assisted stretching.

Convert trial visitors into committed, long-term members.

Support the Studio Manager

Assist with scheduling, team performance tracking, and inspiring staff.

Take ownership of operations, stepping in wherever needed,



from front desk to admin to studio floor.

Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy environment.

Qualifications

Sales or customer service experience (fitness, wellness, or retail preferred)

Confident communicator with a passion for helping others

Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic studio environment

A team player who understands that collaboration fuels success

Weekend and evening availability required

CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
