As a Customer Relations Coordinator and BDC Representative, you will connect with customers through calls, email, and online inquiries. You will support Sales and Service teams while tracking opportunities and maintaining customer information in the CRM.

Requirements: Previous customer service, BDC, or sales experience is an asset
Confident and qualified communication skills
Strong relationship-building and customer connection abilities
Excellent follow-up and time-management skills
Valid British Columbia Class 5 or 7 licence and clean abstract
