Deliver resident-centred nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse with Sienna Senior Living in Kingston, Ontario, working permanent part time days.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse supports residents at Trillium Community and Retirement Living. You will provide nursing and personal care, communicate with families, assess changing needs, and guide assigned staff. Care follows established policies, physician orders, resident care plans, and the Ontario scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care according to policies, orders, and care plans
Deliver excellent nursing and personal care using sound principles
Communicate with residents, families, and staff effectively
Oversee resident care and provide guidance to staff




Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members
Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset
Good judgment and ability to identify risk
Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
Successful Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
Use nursing judgment, resident assessment, and communication skills to support dignified care at Sienna Senior Living in Kingston.
