KS1 Teacher – Day-to-day supply from as soon as possible

Duties as KS1 Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Assess pupil progress and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively

Communicate with parents and carers regarding pupil development

Ideal KS1 Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching KS1 in UK primary schools

Solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and child development

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A flexible and proactive attitude to working across different settings

An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
