This Maintenance Assistant role suits someone with at least two years of experience, preferably in healthcare. The work combines housekeeping, room preparation, general renovations, building repairs, and scheduled maintenance services. Key Responsibilities: Maintain clean, safe residence environments
Clean and sanitize suites, washrooms, offices, and common areas
Prepare vacant suites for new move-ins
Complete room renovations, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
Monitor grounds, mechanical, electrical, and fire systems
Requirements: Grade 12 minimum education
At least two years of experience, preferably in healthcare
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and grounds maintenance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt and work with seniors
