Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes, systems, and data for improvement opportunities
Gather, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
Support research, analysis, testing, and initiative coordination




Assist solution design, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement
Requirements: Canadian college or university student for the January-April term
Second-year or higher post-secondary degree or diploma student
Study Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Transparent communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork
Build practical business systems analysis experience through requirements, process, data, testing, and solution delivery work at Canada Life.
