A Day in the Life
As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Hyundai brand.

Engage and assist customers professionally, whether in store, by phone, or through online inquiries

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options

Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

Present pricing and financing options, and help structure deals alongside management

Maintain consistent, accurate follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships

Coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure a smooth handover experience

Continuously build product knowledge and stay current on OEM features, technology, and market trends

Contribute to team success through a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Success in this role depends on consistent effort, strong follow up habits,



and the ability to build customer trust.

What We’re Looking For

Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends, averaging 40 hours per week

Strong work ethic with high energy and motivation to succeed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer focused, with the ability to build rapport and trust

Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and follow up consistently

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast paced sales environment

Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Eligible to obtain a VSA licence
