As a Personal Support Worker, you will help seniors remain at home while following each client’s care plan. The work includes activities of daily living, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transfers, ambulation, exercises, and safe equipment use. Accurate documentation supports consistent care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide companionship, personal care, meals, and light housekeeping
Execute client care plans outlined by the Care Designer
Assist with activities of daily living within scope
Support transfers, ambulation, and exercises safely
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Requirements: Valid PSW, DSW, HCA, or foreign-trained nurse certificate
Vehicle and valid driver’s license required
Willingness to travel to remote locations
Police check, TB clearance, and CPR required
