Provide person-centered nursing care at AgeCare Dawson in Chestermere using clinical assessments and medication administration. This regular part-time position is 0.40 FTE.
AgeCare seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse reporting to the Director of Care. The LPN provides planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care for residents and families. Responsibilities include documentation, care planning, resident transfers, and inter-skilled teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care using a person-centered approach
Complete accurate clinical assessments, plans, and documentation
Implement and evaluate care/service plans as required
Administer medications and treatments following applicable standards
Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and transfers
Requirements: Practical Nurse Diploma
Current provincial registration and membership in good standing
Three-plus years of seniors’ health experience
Current CPR training
Microsoft Office experience and computer proficiency
