Job Summary
We are hiring Production Workers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing workplace. This role is ideal for reliable, hands-on candidates who enjoy active work, production line tasks, and being part of a fast-paced team.

As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations through sorting, packing, quality checks, and general production line duties. This opportunity offers weekly pay, full-time hours, on-the-job training, and the potential to be hired permanently.

Key Responsibilities

Work on the production line to support packaging, sorting, and general manufacturing tasks.

Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency according to production standards.

Sort, pack,



and prepare finished goods for the next stage of production or shipment.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.

Follow safety procedures, production instructions, and supervisor direction.

Support team productivity by staying flexible and assisting where needed on the line.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay rate: $20.85 to $22.25 per hour.

Base rate: $20.85 per hour.

Night shift premium: $0.70 per hour.

12-hour shift premium: $0.70 per hour.

Weekly pay.

On-the-job training provided.

Full-time hours with potential for full-time hire.

Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Night shift: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Alternating weekly schedule.
