Clutch seeks a Building Maintenance Technician for permanent full time facility support. The work includes plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, HVAC, and structural inspections. You will also help maintain organized, safe, high-performing facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs involving doors, drywall, leaks, light fixtures, and painting
Inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components regularly
Assemble furniture, install shelving, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Respond to requests and document completed maintenance tasks
Organize tools, supplies,



and maintenance equipment inventory
Requirements: Minimum four years of general building maintenance experience
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
Comfort using drills, saws, wrenches, and other repair tools
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks
Apply building maintenance, repair, inspection, and troubleshooting expertise while supporting Clutch facility operations during night shifts.
