As a Google and Meta Ads Specialist, you will manage paid advertising for a portfolio of clients. Plan, launch, test, and improve campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Apply campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budget management, and performance analysis while communicating recommendations clearly.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns
Build and optimize Facebook and Instagram prospecting and retargeting campaigns
Research keywords and maintain negative keyword lists
Develop ad copy and coordinate creative testing




Monitor spending, budgets, tracking, results, and client reporting
Requirements: At least two years of hands-on Google and Meta advertising experience
Examples improving leads, acquisition costs, sales, or revenue
Solid campaign structure, targeting, bidding, testing, and budget knowledge
Practical conversion tracking validation and measurement troubleshooting experience
Google Ads Search and Measurement certifications
