Support psychiatric prescribers with clinical coordination and case management at Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State. Help maintain continuity of client care.
The Psychiatric Provider Aide supports prescribers administratively and clinically while coordinating with therapists and chemical dependency professionals. This position provides screenings, monitors clients, prepares visits, and coordinates community support services. The work takes place within integrated behavioral health teams.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare charts, refill requests, and paperwork for psychiatric prescribers
Obtain subjective data and vital signs before office visits
Monitor clients and report unusual or harmful behavior




Screen for suicide risk and inform treatment providers
Coordinate case management and community support follow-up
Requirements: Knowledge of age appropriate care and developmental principles
Ability to identify age specific client needs
Ability to maintain confidentiality and prevent staff client splitting
Ability to provide care under psychiatric staff direction
Ability to follow Sea Mar policies and procedures
Bring psychiatric support, client monitoring, screening, and care coordination skills to Sea Mar's behavioral health services.
