Deliver friendly customer service at Michaels Crossroads in Winnipeg, supporting checkout, shopping assistance, and merchandise duties during early mornings. Help customers find products and solutions while maintaining a welcoming store experience.
As an Early Morning Service Team Member, you will support customers and store operations through checkout, cash handling, truck unloading, and stocking. You will also assist with Rewards enrollments, Private Label Credit Cards, Voice of Customer surveys, and omnichannel services. The position includes custom framing cross-training.
Key Responsibilities: Help customers locate products and provide appropriate solutions
Deliver rapid, friendly checkout and follow cash handling standards
Unload trucks, stock merchandise,



and complete planogram processes
Support BOPIS, SFS, and store recovery activities
Promote Rewards, credit cards, and customer surveys
Requirements: Retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout stores
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
Must be at least sixteen years old
Bring customer service, checkout, stocking, and recovery skills to Michaels while supporting shoppers and early store operations.
