What you will be doing: Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
Provide support to the Bar team by way of completing assigned side duties, resetting work area, running food orders, taking food/beverage orders at the bar
Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way




Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods

Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Passion for food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High level of attention to detail and organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
Serving It Right certification
