Apply electrical systems expertise as an Electrician with Niagara Catholic in Thorold, Ontario, supporting installation, inspection, testing, and repairs. This is full-time work.
As part of Facilities Services and Maintenance, you will perform skilled electrical work across Niagara Catholic facilities. The work includes distribution systems, equipment, end devices, and related components. You will respond to emergencies, complete work orders, and apply electrical codes and Board policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, repair, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Service electrical distribution systems, equipment, and end devices
- Respond to electrical emergencies and complete assigned work orders
- Perform tasks at heights exceeding fifteen feet safely
- Maintain knowledge of codes, legislation, materials, and equipment
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Electrician Certificate of Qualification
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to interpret and apply current National Electrical Codes
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- Commitment to protected, high-quality workmanship
