reference checks and hiring documentation; to ensure the most highly qualified and best-suited candidates are selected for all positionsDevelop and execute cost-effective and creative resourcing strategies that meet the needs of our clientsMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and recruiting activities and accurate utilization of our Applicant Tracking SystemBuild partnerships with clients in order to understand their staffing-related business objectivesFunction as a resource; providing advice, guidance and counselling to applicants and clientsWhat you'll bring to the team:Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related disciplineAt least two years experience in recruitment or HR generalist position in a fast-paced work environmentPassion about knowledge and researching new talent sourcing channels and creative ways to attract and engage with quality candidatesQuality, consistency, and drive for resultsStrong sourcer and interviewer, eye for talentFull understanding of EVP, company culture, team, hiring managerKnowledge of Boolean search, candidate engagement, high response ratesManage the entire process with strong metrics and ensures a strong candidate experienceAdaptability to a rapidly changing environment; demonstrated reliability and ability to be flexibleAdditional InformationOption to be set up as a contractor or employeeSalary commensurate with experienceMondays and Fridays work from home
