Houle is recruiting a Service Dispatcher for its Service Division. This organized, resourceful role connects clients, site contacts, and field electricians through service coordination. You will assess requests, schedule technicians, manage work orders, and support accurate billing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Assess service requests and gather relevant information
Prioritize requests and dispatch service technicians
Create work orders and support timely invoicing
Monitor reports and customer documentation for compliance
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Three or more years coordinating technician schedules
Experience tracking, billing, and reporting
Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
Superior written and verbal English communication skills
