Apply carpentry fundamentals and restoration expertise as a Repair and Restoration Technician supporting residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Work independently or collaboratively.
This Operations role supports BELFOR’s Restoration division with skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail. You will prepare material take-offs, read blueprints, interpret work orders, and apply building codes and construction math. The work spans site preparation through project completion while addressing client and insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare material take-offs, blueprints, work orders, and construction calculations
Perform restoration tasks from site preparation through job completion
Communicate project issues and timelines with the Project Manager
Maintain skilled communication with clients,



subcontractors, and insurance adjustors
Conduct hazard assessments and maintain organized, compliant job sites
Requirements: Intermediate to advanced carpentry fundamentals understanding
Proficiency in basic math and construction math
Ability to prioritize diverse workloads and meet deadlines
Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle eligibility
One or more years in construction, restoration, or insurance preferred
Bring carpentry, restoration, communication, and safety skills to BELFOR projects serving residential and commercial environments.
