Monitor mission-critical systems at BMO as an IT Operations Analyst, using incident triage and automated recovery in a 24/7/365 workplace.
This Technology position supports BMO’s infrastructure, applications, security, and business service levels. You will investigate incidents, deploy automated code, and coordinate restoration activities. The work includes service desk support, production changes, testing cycles, and deployment execution.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor infrastructure, applications, security, and business transactions
Triage incidents and execute automated recovery scripts
Deploy automated code to production environments
Coordinate incident management and third-party provider engagement
Support deployments and resolve implementation issues
Requirements:



Typically one to two years’ IT or business experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or business
Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting operating standards
Knowledge of support and operations practices, concepts, and technology
In-depth analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and influence skills
Apply operational analysis, incident investigation, and technology support skills to help maintain BMO’s critical production services.
