This Inside Sales Representative supports prospective and current customers while coordinating orders, quotations, and correspondence. The position requires sales experience, strong communication, and organized follow-up. You will also assist Territory Managers and product supply functions within Hercules.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current customers
Enter orders promptly and communicate information to personnel
Maintain accurate customer database information
Support quotations and quotation follow-up activities
Contact customers about products and services to meet call goals
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
One to two years of sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time
Bring sales experience, organized follow-up, and customer communication skills to Continental Chain & Rigging’s Edmonton branch.
