Apply business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication with Sunwing Travel Group’s Information Technology team in Toronto. Support technology projects across Agile Product streams.
As a Business Analyst, you will report to the Lead Business Analyst and connect business needs with technology delivery. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Development teams, Project Sponsors, Business Partners, and vendors. Your work will clarify requirements, improve processes, and support effective solutions within Agile and Waterfall project approaches.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate requirements gathering and analyze business problems
Document current and future-state business processes
Develop user stories, mock-ups, and acceptance criteria
Conduct gap analyses, data mapping,



and process documentation
Review test results and participate in bug reviews
Requirements: One to three years of relevant business analysis experience
College diploma or equivalent education and experience
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project approaches
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio or similar tools
Bring requirements expertise, process-mapping ability, and stakeholder communication to Sunwing’s Toronto technology projects and Product streams.
