Deliver specialized intravenous and injectable treatments as a part-time Specialty Pharma Registered Nurse in home and clinic settings. Monitor patients carefully and document care accurately.
Under Specialty Pharma Supervisor or Nurse Manager direction, this Registered Nurse provides specialized pharmacological treatments and patient-centered care. Duties include assessments, medication teaching, IV access, adverse-event reporting, and communication supporting patient safety. Specialized training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities: Develop individualized nursing care plans for each patient
Assess patients and provide medication administration teaching
Obtain peripheral IV and central line access




Prepare and administer specialized pharmacological treatments
Document conditions and report adverse events promptly
Requirements: BSN degree or equivalent from accredited nursing program
Current provincial nursing registration in good standing
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Two years acute care experience preferred
Exceptional peripheral IV initiation skills
Apply specialized nursing, infusion, assessment, and documentation skills while supporting secure patient care in home and clinic settings.
