You will support residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects while working with senior leadership, project managers, and consultants. The position combines design responsibility, technical knowledge, and construction awareness across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural drawings and design packages through construction
Prepare permit-ready and construction-ready drawing sets
Interpret Canadian building codes and relevant bylaws
Coordinate designs with structural,

Support active builds through site visits and construction coordination
Requirements: Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
