Deliver live event production and AV/VC support for Milestone Technologies in Old Toronto, working onsite five days weekly.
As an AV/VC Onsite Support Technician, you will own local AV operations and support meetings, conferences, and productions. The work includes monitoring AV services, troubleshooting systems, coordinating vendors, and operating event equipment. You will support video conferencing, streaming, recording, and client requests from planning through technical execution.
Key Responsibilities: Own daily AV/VC and Event Operations locally
Monitor health dashboards across AV services
Perform conference room sweeps and troubleshoot functionality
Execute studio and live event productions
Operate cameras, switchers, mixers, and Crestron systems
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
Minimum two years corporate AV or event production experience
Minimum five years AV/VC Event Support experience
Experience with event equipment and streaming codecs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Apply AV operations, event production, and technical troubleshooting skills supporting Milestone Technologies’ onsite events and meeting spaces.
