NIDES seeks a teacher for Child Development 12, Interpersonal Family Relations 11, Hospitality and Tourism 12, and Active Living 12. The role combines online and face-to-face instruction with students, colleagues, and parents. You will support blended instruction at a Comox Valley school, learning centres, classrooms, and tutorials.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized online learning courses using diverse instructional technology
Teach elective courses to students province wide
Develop and maintain advanced online curriculum




Support blended instruction in classrooms and learning centres
Provide tutorials and face-to-face student support
Requirements: Training, certification, or direct online learning teaching experience
Secondary elective design and instruction experience
Experience, training, and education in adult education
Advanced learning management system classroom maintenance skills
Ability to support course adaptations and I.E.P.s
