The Maintenance Scheduler develops daily and weekly schedules for Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. This role sequences preventive, corrective, compliance, project, and urgent work. It coordinates with Maintenance Planning, Production, Quality Control, Operations, and technicians to support executable maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop daily and weekly maintenance execution schedules
Convert fully kitted work orders into executable schedules
Sequence work according to approved priorities and resources
Coordinate maintenance windows with operational support teams




Capture planned-versus-actual feedback in the CMMS
Requirements: Post-secondary certification in engineering, technology, trades, or related field
Five-plus years in manufacturing or production maintenance environments
Understanding of maintenance execution, scheduling, and backlog management
Experience administering Fiix, SAP, or similar CMMS systems
CMRP, PMP, or maintenance planning training advantageous
Apply maintenance scheduling, backlog management, and CMMS experience to coordinate practical execution at Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.
