Lead safety, security, and asset protection across Carvana sites while applying data-driven judgment and traveling throughout an assigned geographical area.
The Area Lead supports Field Secure & Secure operations and reports to the Area Manager. This field-based position requires multi-site leadership, incident response, fraud investigation, and inventory control experience. You will support Market Operations and Logistics partners while protecting people and assets.
Key Responsibilities: Travel between assigned sites according to risk and support needs
Execute incident management and emergency preparedness programs
Track unit loss, fraud, scanning, and inventory controls
Lead safety compliance training, implementation, and application




Maintain badge access, monitoring alerts, and security technology
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
At least five years of Security or Asset Protection experience
At least one year of multi-site leadership experience
Strong communication, analytical, and data-driven skills
Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV required
Apply security leadership, incident response, fraud mitigation, and inventory expertise across Carvana’s assigned geographical area.
