You recommend appropriate solutions, balance satisfaction with business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management, and collaborate with partners to design integrated strategies. French knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities: Advise members and clients on suitable financial strategies
Recommend investments, loans, and insurance products
Manage relationships and assess service quality
Identify improvement areas through member and client follow-up
Represent the caisse through community outreach activities
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least one year of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Solid interpersonal savvy with members and clients
