Support warehouse management systems and integrated technologies at Canada Cartage in Mississauga through a hybrid, three-day in-office schedule.
As an Application Analyst, you will administer warehouse applications, troubleshoot incidents, and support projects involving Canada Cartage facilities. Your work spans WMS, customer web portals, shipping platforms, picking technology, printing solutions, and ancillary systems. You will become a subject matter expert for technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Log, prioritize, troubleshoot, route, and monitor application incidents
Perform root cause analysis and recommend recurring issue solutions
Coordinate application upkeep with infrastructure, security, DBAs, and vendors
Support warehouse RF and handheld equipment administration
Define project scope,



deliverables, requirements, and success criteria
Requirements: Five-plus years in application support, business analysis, or related roles
Supply chain experience and warehouse application lifecycle understanding
Proficiency with WMS integrated with picking and shipping technologies
Understanding of APIs, EDI, and warehousing integrations
Post-secondary analytical degree or equivalent practical experience
Apply analytical, warehouse systems, and communication expertise while supporting Canada Cartage applications, projects, and operational continuity.
