This Human Resources Generalist strengthens HR operations as the business expands. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, employee records, and HRIS data. The role also supports hiring managers, workforce planning, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and recommendations
Coordinate onboarding and employee offboarding activities
Maintain recruitment records and hiring progress updates
Collect and verify payroll information, attendance, and leave balances




Prepare HR reports supporting workforce planning and decisions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Three to five years of progressive HR experience
Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
Experience with payroll administration and HRIS systems preferred
Robust organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
