Discover Energy Systems supports battery management and energy storage solutions for residential and commercial lithium applications. This customer-facing specialist provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support while managing cases through resolution. The work combines electrical diagnostics, customer communication, warranty assessment, and collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose electrical, configuration, communication, and performance issues
Analyze BMS, inverter, and monitoring data for root causes
Coordinate Level 3 escalations and maintain case ownership




Assess warranty eligibility and coordinate replacement logistics
Document troubleshooting and resolutions in HubSpot
Requirements: Two or more years with electrical power systems
Knowledge of AC/DC systems, circuits, and electrical safety
Experience using multimeters, clamp meters, and test equipment
Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
Solid written and verbal customer communication skills
Support DES customers with electrical troubleshooting, BMS analysis, warranty coordination, and clear communication across energy storage cases.
