As a Banking Centre Leader II, you will lead high-performing financial services professionals within Personal and Business Banking. You will develop client relationships, support financial needs, and help the banking centre achieve results. This full-time, in office position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple nearby banking centres.
Key Responsibilities: Hire, develop, and coach Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives
Lead teams delivering exceptional client experiences and financial solutions
Monitor business performance and implement action plans
Manage risk and safeguard clients, shareholders, and the bank




Advocate CIBC within the community and develop relationships
Requirements: Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
Experience coaching employees and providing hands-on support
Goal-oriented approach with accountability for results
Flexibility for banking centre hours and nearby locations
Bring people leadership, client service, financial advising, and performance management expertise to CIBC’s Powell River banking centre.
