Lead automotive manufacturing projects at Magna with expertise in engineering design, project management, and production efficiency. This is a regular, permanent position.
As a Manufacturing Engineer with Cosma International, you will lead projects from concept through completion while meeting customer requirements. Your work spans feasibility studies, design, construction, prototypes, tooling, packaging, and equipment integration. The position supports the Meadowvale plant and requires collaboration with production departments, customers, vendors, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering projects through timing, design, construction, and prototypes
Develop line balancing, manpower, machine, and plant layout charts
Coordinate tooling, packaging, equipment installation, and capital budgets




Implement customer-approved engineering changes and process modifications
Create reports, CAD data, and GD&T; specifications
Requirements: Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
Minimum three years of leadership experience required
Experience in energy project management or industrial facilities management
Solid analytical, organizational, delegation, and multitasking abilities
Ability to interpret reports, instructions, procedures, and customer questions
Apply project management, CAD, GD&T;, and production efficiency expertise to engineering work at Magna’s Meadowvale plant.
