You will prepare service agreement quotes, develop scopes, and price materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted work. Key Responsibilities: Create service agreement and quoted work estimates
Develop scopes, proposals, exclusions, sketches, and points lists
Price equipment quantities, configurations, voltage, and options




Identify cost savings and project risks
Negotiate vendor and subcontractor quotations
Requirements: Three to five years related experience with relevant education
Construction knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Financial acumen and on time project delivery experience
Ability to prioritize detailed work against tight deadlines
Valid driver’s license meeting stated driving requirements
