This Electrical Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager within a well-established manufacturing company. You will oversee industrial electrical maintenance, automation, and production equipment improvement. The role connects electrical, mechanical maintenance, engineering, and production teams while supporting reliable equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, motivate, and develop the electrical maintenance team
Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Diagnose electrical, electronic, and automation failures
Ensure production equipment availability and reliability
Monitor availability, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs
Requirements: DEC in industrial electronics, electrical engineering, or automation
At least seven years industrial electrical maintenance experience
Experience supervising an electrical maintenance team
Knowledge of controls, automation, and programmable logic controllers
French and English bilingualism with leadership and independence
