Airswift seeks a Senior Piping Designer / Drafter for a midstream company client. This contract balances piping design with technical drafting and drawing development. The successful candidate will independently develop layouts, detailed drawings, and design documentation for industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify industrial facility piping layouts and designs
Create plans, sections, isometrics, and detailed piping drawings
Maintain engineering documents, facility drawings, and OEM information
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability
Coordinate design changes with engineering and project teams
Requirements: Diploma in mechanical engineering technology or related discipline
10–20 years of piping design and drafting experience
Industrial facilities experience in oil and gas or related industries
Proficiency with AutoCAD and industry-standard design software
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Use piping layouts, AutoCAD, and technical drafting skills to deliver accurate industrial documentation in Sarnia through Airswift.
