Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on employee and labour relations matters
Coach clients through performance and ability management processes
Support investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution




Interpret collective agreements and recommend practical solutions
Coordinate with specialists, leaders, and Union Representatives
Requirements: HR Advisor or Generalist experience
Strong understanding of employee and labour relations
Knowledge of performance, ability, and grievance management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Satisfactory criminal record check or Vulnerable Sector Search
