Coordinate customer grid access projects at the Alberta Electric System Operator using organization, critical thinking, and precise documentation. This is a hybrid full-time opportunity.
Reporting to the Manager, Program and Customer Connection, the Project Coordinator supports AESO’s Project Management team. You will process project forms, contracts, agreements, accounting information, and Work-Front data. You will also manage simple customer projects and support connection project delivery and closeout.
Key Responsibilities: Manage simple customer projects with limited scope and duration
Process and maintain project forms, agreements, and financial assessments
Update project management schedules, data, queries, and reports
Support stage six closeout activities and connection processes
Coordinate responses to customer inquiries with internal stakeholders
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or acceptable education and experience combination
Two to three-plus years of project coordinator experience
Knowledge of project management concepts and software tools
Solid organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Office proficiency for producing project deliverables
Bring project coordination, stakeholder communication, and detailed record keeping to AESO’s customer connection work across Alberta’s electricity system.
