This Route Trainee position prepares you for a full time Route Service Representative role. You will learn through UniFirst’s Service Certificate Program while supporting route operations, customer accounts, and deliveries. Customer service, route efficiency, communication, and teamwork are central to daily work.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in UniFirst’s Service Certificate Program
Load and unload route trucks for daily operations
Deliver clean garments and products to customers
Return soiled items and provide route coverage
Operate a company walk-in truck safely
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
At least 21 years old with reliable transportation
High school diploma or CAEC required
Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
Customer service skills and comfort learning technology
