West Cirque Construction seeks an experienced Journeyperson Carpenter for residential and commercial construction. Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will complete carpentry work, oversee subtrades, and support quality standards. The work includes framing, finish carpentry, inspections, repairs, and site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Complete carpentry work beyond subtrade scopes
Perform frame and mechanical checks
Conduct quality inspections and reporting
Repair subtrade deficiencies and finish carpentry
Report site issues to the superintendent
Requirements: Experience in residential framing
Journeyperson Carpenter certification or fourth-year apprenticeship enrollment
Knowledge of building and safety code requirements
Power tool proficiency, including air nailers and skill saws
Solid organization, communication, and time management skills
