Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and specialized Biochemistry laboratory testing
Analyze various body fluids accurately and consistently
Maintain specimen integrity through proper identification
Handle, sort, and store laboratory samples
Review patient reports and enter required data
Requirements: High school graduation or equivalent
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related degree
Successful national examination completion in applicable practice fields
Current registration with the NL Council of Health Professionals
Satisfactory work performance and willingness to complete refresher courses
Use Biochemistry testing, specimen management, and reporting skills to support patient care as a Laboratory Technologist I.
