Key Responsibilities: Provide protected, quality patient and family centered care
Utilize nursing processes in clinical practice
Apply critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health care team




Advocate for patients using a person-centered approach
Requirements: Complete an accredited practical nurse education program
Hold active or eligible Alberta LPN registration and practice permit
Maintain Basic Cardiac Life Support Health Care Provider certification
Demonstrate time management, prioritization, and communication skills
Demonstrate self-direction, initiative, and conflict resolution skills
Bring nursing processes, patient advocacy, and collaborative mental health care to the Concurrent Disorder program in Claresholm.
