As Store Manager, you will lead daily operations, develop the store team, and drive results in a regulated cannabis retail environment. Your work will connect sales, customer service, inventory, merchandising, reporting, and provincial compliance. Value Buds operates stores across several Canadian provinces.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations and operational excellence
Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams
Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting
Ensure compliance, ID verification, and company procedures
Requirements: Three or more years’ retail or customer service experience
Leadership responsibility with strong people management skills
Solid sales and operational skills
Cannabis selling certification such as Selling It Right or CanSell
Ability to lift forty pounds and pass a Criminal Record Check
