The Waterloo Catholic District School Board seeks a Level 2 Lunch Hour Supervisor for students during the lunch period. Duties focus on safety and security at a Waterloo Region Catholic elementary school. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., for approximately 41 weeks annually from September to June.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure student safety during the lunch period
Maintain student security throughout assigned lunch hours
Communicate sensitively with students, parents, staff, and the public
Assume a wide variety of assigned duties
Requirements: Be 18 years of age or older
Hold Canadian citizenship and a Social Insurance Number
Have a valid Canadian work permit, if applicable
Experience working with children is desirable
Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
Bring student-focused communication and safety awareness to the Waterloo Catholic District School Board lunch supervision team.
