As a Personal Banking Associate, you will guide customers toward banking solutions, new accounts, investment advice, and appropriate colleagues. The work combines customer service, financial needs, confidential judgement, and digital banking support. You will help deliver positive branch experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements: High School diploma and one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Solid administration, organization, planning, and time management
Bring customer experience, banking solutions, and digital education skills to TD Canada Trust’s Oyen branch team.
