As an Equipment Associate Yard Helper in Fluid Solutions, you will provide manual assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel. Your work helps meet customer needs by preparing rental equipment, maintaining safety compliance, and supporting equipment pickups and drop-offs. The position offers development pathways into Driver and Service Technician programs.
Key Responsibilities: Check returned equipment for damage, hours, mileage, and fuel
Inspect decals, safety compliance, and equipment working condition
Clean rental equipment and maintain an orderly work area
Load, unload,



and prepare equipment for rental
Demonstrate equipment and drive delivery trucks for transportation
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Effective communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
Diligent attention to safety and customer service
Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 pounds
